If your Child Is Diagnosed with COVID-19

It is our hope and prayer that you will never need the information below . . .

If your child is diagnosed with COVID-19, please contact your child's building principal or email one of our school nurses, Lisa Thomas (lisa.thomas@flushingschools.org) or Leslie Bates (leslie.bates@flushingschools.org). If due to circumstances beyond your control you are not able to reach out to us, please provide written consent to the health official providing care for your child that they have permission to release your child's name and school building to our school nurse. They will know the proper channels to reach out to us.
